Pryzm Token Launch Reward Plan: Boosting Early Participants and Community Growth

This plan aims to:

• Award badges to people who play a key role in this important stepping stone by participating or referring. The badges of honour are permanently on their wallet as non-transferable tokens.
• Reward those who actively participate in the Token Launch Pool (helping with early price discovery) by giving them discount vouchers with higher upside potential compared to waiting until after the launch.
• Reward those who educate others about the project and refer participants, recognizing their role in community growth.
• Use leftover tokens from the launch pool to fund these rewards without creating new supply or affecting other bonus programs.
• Encourage long-term holding and thoughtful involvement to support Pryzm’s overall growth.

As discussed before the Token Launch Pool began, these pools always leave some leftover tokens in the liquidity pool, which were set aside for additional rewards and incentives. We’ve settled on a fair way to allocate them: prioritizing those who actively join in to support the token’s early lifecycle.

This approach won’t impact other OpDrop tokens — they remain separate and consultation with community on the achievement targets of those will begin soon. For future OpDrop programs, the community can propose goals based on meaningful achievements.

How It Works

Who Gets Rewarded?

• Token launch participants: You receive 2x OpDropBoost tokens for each PRYZM token held in your wallet at a snapshot date expected to be 6–12 hours after the Token Launch ends.
• Referrers: If you referred someone to the pool, you get 1x OpDropBoost tokens for each PRYZM token your referee holds.

What Do OpDropBoost Tokens Do?

They provide a free discount voucher to purchase additional PRYZM tokens at a significant discount.

• The voucher activates (or “unlocks”) when the 3-day average market price of PRYZM reaches twice the average purchase price during the Token Launch Pool. This average price is calculated by dividing the total USDC contributed to the pool by the total number of PRYZM tokens sold.
• Once unlocked, the discounted buy price is set at a 50% discount to the unlock price (equivalent to the average pool price).
• The voucher expires 2 months after the Token Launch Pool.

Redeem Priority (Who Buys First?)

To further recognize early involvement:

1. First: Holders of the LBP Chad Badge (The bigger of Top 500 or 75th percentile of PRYZM bought).
2. Then: Holders of the Pryzm Launch Badge (subsequent pool participants who hold over 1000 PRYZM).
3. Finally: Holders of the Referreral Champ Badge (those with verified referrals who hold either of the above 2 badges).

This priority rewards the earliest contributors and community educators while ensuring broad access.

Why This Matters

Price discovery is a key part of a token’s lifecycle, and those who participate in the pool help shape it from the start — deserving recognition for taking that step while others may choose to wait.

If many buyers wait until after the pool and enter later to drive the price higher, this voucher rewards pool participants by allowing them to acquire more tokens at a lower price, aligning with long-term holding.

Education plays a big role too; pools are new to many, so referrers who explain and guide others are essentially educators and merit rewards. Including a referrer is optional — it’s a gesture of appreciation for their help.

This bonus is tailored for pool participants, early post-pool buyers, and referrers, funded by leftover tokens without creating new supply.

Simple Example

• Average pool price: $1 per PRYZM.
• Unlock price: 2x = $2.
• Discounted buy price: 50% of $2 = $1.

You bought 100 PRYZM in the pool (earning a Launch Pool Chad Badge):

• You get 200 OpDropBoost tokens (2x).
• Price below $2: Voucher inactive.
• Price hits $2: Unlocks (within 2 months of launch). As a Chad, you have priority to buy up to 200 PRYZM at $1 each (valued at $2, for a 50% discount).

If you referred someone buying 50 PRYZM: You receive 50 OpDropBoost tokens (1x) and redeem in the referrer tier.

Once unlocked, redeem within your priority window.
